Minimum Orders

What is the minimum order to make a purchase?

The minimum order for brick-and-mortar retailers is $100.00. Dropshippers do not have a minimum order.

Why is there a minimum order for physical retailers?

This requirement ensures that retailers benefit from our best wholesale prices.

Do you offer free shipping?

Of course! We offer free shipping on certain products. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $2,000. If your order has a Subtotal of $2000 or More, all products qualify with no exclusions, including heavy and oversized items.

Which products qualify for free shipping?

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping charges are based on your order subtotal, with rates ranging from $6.99 to $29.99. Orders of $2,000.00 or more are free of charge.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We offer standard shipping with USPS, and delivery times are typically 1-5 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 4:00am (AST) will ship the same business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

What happens if my order is placed during a weekend or holiday?

Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

What is dropshipping and how does it work?

Dropshipping, also known as drop shipping, allows you to send orders directly to your customers within Puerto Rico and the continental United States. There is no minimum order required. The shipping label will display your business name, address, and phone number.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

We do not charge any additional fees for credit card transactions. However, your bank may charge you an international transaction fee if you are using a card issued outside of Puerto Rico.

Can I use coupons or discount codes?

Yes, you can apply coupons or discount codes during checkout. Make sure you enter the code correctly for the discount to be applied.

Shipping and Returns Issues

What is your return policy?

This refund policy applies to wholesale purchases made through our e-commerce store. As a business-to-business distributor, we do not generally offer refunds on orders. However, we understand that situations may arise that require exceptions. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice. Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made through our e-commerce store. Book fair policies may differ and any changes will be posted.

What steps should I follow if I want to make changes to my order?

To make a change to your order, please contact us through our contact form or our customer service email support@globalonlinepr.com . Be sure to include your order number and the details of the change you wish to make. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is processed, so changes must be indicated within 24 hours of the original order.

What steps should I take if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. If you cannot resolve the issue using the tracking information, contact our customer service team at support@globalonlinepr.com . Please provide your order number and any other relevant information so we can investigate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

What steps should I take if I receive my order that is defective or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Before returning any products, please contact our customer service team at support@globalonlinepr.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. We will gladly replace damaged items at no additional cost. To expedite the replacement process, please include photos of the damaged products and packaging material with your request.

What can I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Global Distributors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@globalonlinepr.com . We will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

I received the wrong item. How can I exchange it?

If you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@globalonlinepr.com . We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the incorrect item. We will then ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

What products can be returned?

Products that arrive damaged due to shipping may be returned for a replacement. Please contact our customer service for more details support@globalonlinepr.com .

Will I incur any costs for returning an item?

You just need to pay to send the product back to us. We will then replace the damaged items and send it back to you at no additional cost to you.

If the return is approved, to what address should I send my item?

Once your return is approved and you have received an RMA number, we will provide you with the shipping address to return the item via email.

Can sale items be returned?

As a business to business distributor, we do not generally offer refunds on orders. Sale items cannot be returned. Sale sales are Final. Please contact our customer service for more details.

How do I organize a book fair at my school?

What kind of products are available for the book fair?

We offer a wide variety of books and educational materials, including titles from popular brands and well-known authors, Condorito comics, Impulso Toys and much more. All are designed to encourage reading and support educational growth in your school or college.

How long do I have to return unsold products at the fair?

After the fair, Global Distributors has up to 4 business days to pick up unsold or unused products. Our team will pick them up at your school at no additional cost.

What benefits do I get from organizing a book fair?

Can I return products that were not sold?

Yes! You can return all unsold or unused products. You will not have any financial liability for returned items.

When will I receive the products for the book fair?

Once you have registered dates for your fair, the products will be curated and shipped directly to your school within 3-5 days before the Fair. ( Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included ). We make sure they arrive on time so you can organize and promote your fair ahead of time.

Are volunteers required for the book fair?

What happens if I don't sell enough products during the fair?

No problem. You will only pay for the products that were sold, and you can return the ones that were not sold at no additional cost.

Redemption Process

When can schools redeem their Book Fair benefits?

Schools have six (6) months from the conclusion of the Book Fair to redeem their benefits. The conclusion date is when Global Distributors removes all merchandise from the school premises.

How do schools submit an exchange request?

Schools must submit an exchange request within the specified time frame (6 months) through the Online Exchange Calendars link on our website: https://globalonlinepr.com/pages/citas-de-redencion

What information is required for an exchange request?

The exchange request must include:

  • Name of school or organization
  • contact person
  • Phone number
  • Start and end date of the Book Fair
  • Quantity sold at the Fair
  • Level of benefits you qualify for

Redemption Options

How can schools redeem their Book Fair benefits?

Schools can choose between two options:

  • Payment: Receive a check for a percentage of the total sales generated at the Fair.
  • Store Credit: Receive a credit equal to a percentage of the book value of Fair sales. This credit can be used toward future Book Fair purchases, eligible merchandise, or books.

Unfortunately, any benefits not redeemed within the six-month period will be forfeited.

Can schools get an extension on the redemption period?

Extensions are not granted under any circumstances.
