Redemption Policy for Book Fair Benefits

1. Introduction

This Redemption Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the redemption of benefits earned by participating schools or organizations (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) through the Global Distributors Inc. Book Fair program.

2. Redemption Period

  • Redemptions at our offices for Book Fairs are only available Tuesday through Friday . Appointments are at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
    • During the Following Months of the Year:
      • December : -- 2nd and 3rd Week
      • January : -- 2nd and 3rd Week
      • June: -- Every Week
    • All benefits obtained at a Book Fair must be redeemed within six months of the fair’s conclusion.
    • The conclusion of the fair is defined as the date on which Global Distributors Inc. recalls all merchandise left unsold.

3. Eligibility : (May Choose Only One )

  • $800 - $1,000 in Total Sales
    • 15% of the Sale Value in Books
  • $1,001 - $2,000 in Total Sales
    • 15% of the Sale Value in Books
    • 10% of the Sale In Cash (Paid Via Check)
  • $2,100 or More In Total Sales
    • 20% of the Sale Value in Books
    • 15% of the Sale In Cash (Paid Via Check)

4. Redemption Process

To initiate a Redemption , the Participant must:

  • Submit a Redemption request within the specified Redemption period to Global Distributors Inc. via the following link:
  • The Redemption application must be completed in its entirety and include the following information:
    • Name of school or organization
    • Contact Person
    • Phone Number
    • Start and End Date of the Fair
    • Quantity sold at the fair
    • Benefit for the Qualifier

5. Redemption Options

  • Payment: Participants may opt to receive a percentage of the total amount of sales generated at their Book Fairs. Checks will be issued between 1 to 5 business days of receiving the Redemption request.
  • Store Credit: Participants may choose to receive store credit equal to a percentage of the value from their book fair. Store credit may be used to receive the % value of the sale in the form of books, toward future Book Fair purchases, or other eligible products offered by Global Distributors Inc.

6. Forfeiture of Benefits

  • Any benefits not redeemed within the six-month Redemption period will be forfeited without exceptions.
  • No extensions to the Redemption period will be granted under any circumstances.

7. Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Global Distributors Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the benefits described in this Redemption Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any disputes related to the Redemption of Benefits shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
